Mike Mihich and Top Notch Remodeling truly is TOP NOTCH!  Remodeling a bathroom in a house built in the 1880’s can be quite a challenge. Floors are uneven, and walls were not square.  He went the extra mile keeping everything as clean as possible during the worst of the tear out, sealing the bathroom off with plastic, covering the carpeted pathways and hauling off all debris each evening.  The uneven floor is now level, the bathtub/shower area walls are now square and both floor and tub areas are beautifully tiled.  The work he did recreating our woodwork to match the original is totally beyond compare! Without a doubt he is a master at his craft and well worth the wait to get on his schedule.  To top it off, Mike stayed very close to his projected estimate, which impressed my husband immensely!
